The teaching style utilizes a highly interactive combination of lecture and continuous group exercises, with an emphasis on learning through exploration. Attendees work in groups with feedback sessions following each exercise.

Use Case Training
We have two use case courses. The primary course, writing effective use cases, is aimed at people who are actively involved in the use case writing process. In addtion, we have now added a shorter 1 day course for those people who have to read and understand use cases.

Agile Software Training
This workshop is based on Alistair Cockburn’s insightful work on Agile Software Development. This is a very honest (grounded in reality) hands-on exploration of what agile software development is all about.
