We can immediately see the flaw in this naming convention... the URL will change every year! yuk. But at least the content is there (except I can&#039;t find McKinnon&#039;s report in either year ... which year is it?)

		<description>Due to neglect, the site lapsed. In theory, the AgileAlliance bought it back and will reload the old files (which were still spinning around someone&#039;s disk).
